Our homes are located on the beautiful 30-A corridor in such prestigious subdivisions as WaterColor, Seacrest Beach, and Palmeira Villas. Scenic Route 30-A is an 18-mile road that hugs the coastline (Gulf of Mexico) in Northwest Florida. Along this breath-taking drive you will see sugar-white sand beaches and some very rare coastal dune lakes .

There are endless amounts of outdoor activities and natural attractions such as Topsail Hill State Preserve, Grayton Beach State Recreation Area and Deer Lake State Park. Feel like dropping in a line? Head over to Western Lake! You are sure to get your fill of wild and undisturbed Florida on 30-A.

On days you'd rather explore a different kind of landscape, visit the colorful shopping areas that call Scenic Highway 30-A home, including Gulf Place, The Shops at Grayton, Grayton Corners, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Folk art enthusiasts won't want to miss Collaborations and fans of native plants and gourds will marvel at the Old Florida roadside attraction, Gourd Garden and Curiosity Shop, both in Seagrove Beach. 30-A runs through several small beachside communities, each with a unique artistic flair. These small villages abound with one-of-a-kind restaurants and shops, which offer a wide variety of locally made art, furnishings, and clothing. Perfect for a lazy day of sunbathing, shopping and eating.
